St Margaret's Bay can be a very popular night-time spot. Off the Dover-Deal road, on the coast. Through St Margaret's village and turn right at top of hill into Lighthouse Road. Follow the road until houses end and park up. Western Heights Follow tourist signs for The Grand Shaft. Car-park at top of Military Hill, near Borstal. Car-park popular with straights at night. Picnic areas popular in summer. |
