Ercall Wood. From the M54, head towards the Wrekin for about a mile, then when you get to the T-junction, turn left. Drive for 1/2 mile, passing the hotel on your left, then take any of the turnings into the woods on the right, before the road heads downhill over the motorway bridge. Plenty of parking spaces and after dark action. Granville Park If you go down a narrow lane towards the Golf Club, you will pass over several road humps. On the left is access to a car-park. At the end of the car-park is a gate and some steps up to a glorious meadow. Around the meadow, there are many ideal areas for discreet activity, and there are many places where the grass is flattened. Nedge Hill picnic area just off j4 of m54. At M54 J4 island towards Shrewsbury take 2nd exit. 1/2 mile to concrete spire island turn left. Up hill (Naird Lane) turn right. Picnic area on left. Nice secluded little site |
